In this session you’ll be guided through the 4 key stages of Discover – Define – Develop & Deliver and introduced to tools, tips and techniques to support you along the way. This webinar is designed for people new to Design Thinking and those seeking a recap and some new tools.

In his role as Design Lead at social impact org The Cause Collective, he applies his design thinking expertise to help the South Auckland community improve their prospects and outcomes across education, health and financial security.
